I've undergone a few treatments at the Cavendish Clinic located in Parson’s Green. The Hydrafacial is an excellent way to refresh your skin a few times annually. Natalia and Katie are both skilled and professional. I definitely recommend CC.

EDIT: In my view, the Coolsculpting treatment just isn't worth it. I had to drive an hour and a half for my sessions, and Jade was the one who handled mine. The clinic is pretty unreasonable when it comes to not seeing any results. I also want to mention that I was working out to help speed things along, which is something they suggest doing afterward... BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. As for follow-ups, the clinics are slow; I went back and left feeling nothing but disappointment, embarrassment, and £1500 poorer. They say it’s not their fault if the treatment doesn’t work, and when I asked to see proof of that in the contract I signed, there was nothing mentioned. After everything this treatment has put me through, I feel I deserve something. I haven’t lost any weight, and I’m still hitting the gym and eating right. I had this treatment over a year ago, and my weight used to fluctuate, but now it’s just stuck since the treatment. They claim this has nothing to do with it, but it doesn’t change the fact that I’ve been dealing with these issues since then.

Today, Jade called me (27.1.23) to discuss this review further. She mentioned that I could have had more applications for better results (which is fair enough), but of course, that would cost more money, and I just don’t have it. I thought what I had done would be sufficient, but sadly, it wasn’t!

Jade has now offered me a treatment at a lower price, which I’m still considering, and she also suggested seeing a weight loss doctor, which I definitely appreciate.

This is the top spot for cool sculpting! Jade was fantastic; she handled my entire treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Elena was fantastic! She walked me through each part of the HydraFacial and really made me feel comfortable. Super attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I would absolutely return!

I went in for the CoolSculpting Elite! Ruby was fantastic - super nice and confident, plus really knowledgeable. The clinic is impressive, and the treatment room is private, so I felt completely at ease and reassured the whole time. Can’t wait to check out the results - it’s been a week, and I can already notice some changes!

I frequently visit Cavendish and have tried hydrofacial and chemical peel numerous times - I've seen significant enhancement in my skin's health, feel, and radiance. Elena is super nice and really knows her stuff, always tweaking the treatment to fit how my skin is doing at the moment. I totally recommend both the treatments and the clinic.

Elena, the therapist, delivered top-notch treatment and was super friendly and warm. I wholeheartedly recommend her. However, the experience was tainted by a lengthy delay that was quite frustrating. The session started nearly an hour late, which created issues for me at home since I have a child with disabilities. Elena did her utmost to ease the situation, and I could tell it was tough for her as well.

What a fantastic experience! I really appreciated how helpful Elena was; she made me feel at ease. My skin looked fabulous right after, and it still has that bright glow now.

A John Lewis personal stylist pointed me towards Cavendish Clinic, and I gotta say, choosing to go for a treatment was a fantastic choice. The team there was super friendly and really knew their stuff. I felt at ease and totally relaxed throughout the whole session. I originally planned to get the signature Hydrafacial, but my aesthetician, Elena, assessed my skin and suggested a different treatment after her evaluation. She made sure to explain why we were switching things up and guided me through every step of the process. I walked out of the clinic feeling like a brand new woman! Definitely giving it 5 stars, and I’ll be back for more treatments.
